SKYLER THOMAS LIVE!
Coors Stadium in Denver, Colorado
The All-Star Concert

"Ladies and Gentlemen, SKYLER THOMAS!" cried the announcer as soon as the band had assembled onto the small platform and the lights were all on.

The music started as Skyler, Jason, Chad and Cassie walked onto the stage, and the crowd screamed and cheered. Chad, Cassie and Jason lined up behind Skyler as he picked up the microphone and walked to the center of the stage.

"Dance and sing," he sang as the crowd continued to scream.

"Get up and do your thing," sang Cassie, Chad and Jason into their headsets.

The three of them began their practiced moves behind their brother as the music's tempo began to pick up. They were nervous and excited, and they kept their minds firmly on the words they were supposed to sing and the dance moves they were supposed to perform.

"Dance and sing," sand Skyler as he started to match their dance moves.

"Get up and do your thing," sang Cassie, Chad and Jason.

They spread out and Skyler took his place beside Jason as they danced together at the very front of the stage. The crowd screamed all around them, and the music changed its tempo again.

"I see you sittin' there," said Skyler, pointing out into the crowd.

"Yeah," said Cassie, Chad and Jason, pointing at different sections of the crowd.

"I know you wanna get up," said Skyler.

"Yeah," said Cassie, Chad and Jason.

"So come on," said Skyler.

"Come on," said Cassie, Chad and Jason.

"Everybody," sang Skyler as they all began to dance again. The music's temp picked back up again.

"Come on," they all sang together.

"Everybody," sang Skyler, and then he stopped moving, and the music stopped. The crowd screamed, and the lights changed.

"Get up!" cried Skyler, and the music to Get Up started.

"Come on let's go people, GET UP! and move your feet to the music in your soul. How far will you go?" sang Skyler as they danced to the music.

"In the clubs the beat gets under your skin. Dancers shake their bodies letting the music in. Let's GET UP! and do this. Show me where your soul is. I know that I can make you move. I know just what I have to do.

"Come on let's go people, GET UP! and move your feet to the music in your soul. Feel the beat and just let go," sang Skyler, and then they started their carefully practiced dance moves for the song as the crowd cheered and screamed. They parted as they heard the musical queue.

"When the music gets inside you, your feet know just what to do. Let the rhythm move your body. GET UP! and start this party. Rock your body, move your feet. Let your body feel the beat.

"Come on let's go people, GET UP! and move your feet to the music in your soul. How far will you go? Come on let's go people, GET UP! you know what to do. Let the music fill your soul. GET UP! and lets go," he sang, and they danced to the music.

"I know you hear this music. GET UP! and just prove it. Move your body to the beat, and soon you'll feel the heat. Just move with you feet with me. Don't worry soon you'll see. Come on let's go people, GET UP! and move your feet to the music in your soul. Feel the beet and just let go. Come on let's go people, GET UP! you know what to do. Let the music fill your soul. GET UP! and let's go," he sang.

"GET UP!" they shouted together as they jumped up with the word "up".

"Come on let's go people, GET UP! and move your feet to the music in your soul. How far will you go?" sang Skyler, and they stopped moving as soon as the music stopped. The crowd screamed as Skyler walked to the front of the stage.

"DENVER!" he cried, and they screamed louder. "How's everybody doing tonight?"

The crowd screamed, and they were all on their feet. Children were sitting on top of parents' shoulders, some were standing on their seats. Cameras flashed. Even the players were cheering. Skyler smiled at everyone, and his face was projected onto the four screens above the stage, making the crowd scream louder.

"Do you want to hear some more?" he asked, and the screamed again. "I said, do you want to hear some more?"

The music started to play again, and Cassie, Chad and Jason took their places on the stage. Skyler stepped back and turned to face the band as the music changed to Desert Rose.

"I dream of rain, alay alay. I dream of gardens in the desert sand. I wake in vain, alay alay. I dream of love as time runs through my hand. I dream of fire, alay alay. Those dreams that tie two hearts that will never die. And near the flames, alay alay. The shadows play in the shape of the man's desire. This desert rose, alay alay. Whose shadow bears the secret promise. This desert flower, alay alay. No sweet perfume that would torture you more than this," he sang as they danced and most of the crowd sang along.

"And now she turns, alay alay. This way she moves in the logic of all my dreams. This fire burns, alay alay. I realize that nothing's as it seems. I dream of rain, alay alay. I dream of gardens in the desert sand. I wake in vain, alay alay. I dream of love as time runs through my hand. I dream of rain, alay alay. I lift my gaze to empty skies above. I close my eyes. This rare perfume is the sweet intoxication of love," he sang as they danced around him.

"I dream of rain, alay alay. I dream of gardens in the desert sand. I wake in vain, alay alay. I dream of love as time runs through my hand. Sweet desert rose, alay alay. Whose shadow bears the secret promise. This desert flower, alay alay. No sweet perfume that would torture you more than this," he sang, and then they each performed their carefully practiced dance moves as the crowd cheered.

"Sweet desert rose, alay alay. This memory of Eden haunts us all. This desert flower, alay alay. This rare perfume is the sweet intoxication of the fall," he sang, and the music stopped again as the crowd screamed.

"I've got my family with me tonight, Denver," he called to the crowd as they screamed. "Some of you know my youngest brother, Jason. He's here with me tonight, and I want you all to welcome him." He extended his hand to Jason, and the boy walked to join him at the front of the stage. The crowd screamed, and Jason smiled at them. He was nervous, but he was having the time of his life.

Ben and Tabitha stood just behind the flaps of the canvas tent, watching their children on the stage. Huge smiles covered their faces as they watched in pride.

"The twins have been with me for a while now, but I don't think you've been formally introduced to my little sister," cried Skyler, holding his arm out to Cassie, who stepped into a half embrace as the crowd screamed. "Denver, please welcome my sister, Cassie."

Cassie beamed at the audience and made a slight bow as they screamed again. She clung to Skyler, and she was shaking with both nerves and excitement. She couldn't believe how amazing it felt to be on stage that way. She wondered how Skyler could stand it.

"You might have actually heard my little brother's voice on the radio," said Skyler as Chad took his place at Skyler's side. "His face is in magazines now, and he's got a record of his very own out there for all of you to listen to. Denver, say hello to my brother, Chad!"

The music to I Like It started and Chad and Cassie took their places at the front of the stage. Skyler and Jason walked back and sat on the edge of the band's platform to watch their siblings perform. Chad had thanked Skyler over and over for this chance to perform live. He'd done no talk shows or promotional performances, so this was Chad's very first time singing in front of an audience. Skyler marveled that Chad was nowhere as nervous as he had been when he'd had to perform his first concert.

"Get up on it," sang Chad, and the crowd screamed. "I like it."

The crowd was on its feet again, and the screen above Skyler's head gave him a jumbo sized view of Chad and Cassie, dancing around on the stage. Skyler was excited for Chad, and he had never been more proud of either of them.

"That's the way it has to be, 'cause that's the way I like it. That's the way it has to be, 'cause that's the way I like it," sang Chad as he and Cassie danced together back and forth across the stage, illiciting cries and screams from the crowd.

"You told me that you loved me. Now girl show me, 'cause I can't believe it's true by the things you do. Never have I ever had such pleasure of giving up my love this way. I want you ever day,

"Take me by the hand. I will be your man, 'cause that's the way you make me feel. Take me by surprise, look into my eyes, and show me that your love is real,

"That's the way it has to be, 'cause that's the way I like it. That's the way it has to be, 'cause that's the way I like it," sang Chad.

"Yeah, yeah, yeah," they sang together.

"I like it," sang Cassie, shocking Skyler with her powerful voice.

"Uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh," answered Chad, shaking his body to the music.

"I like it," sang Cassie.

"Uh-huh," answered Chad.

"Uh!" Cassie moaned into her microphone, and the crowd screamed again.

"Let's wine and dine and just take our time. The night is young and so are we. Just come with me. We'll walk in the park and kiss in the dark. Girl, 'cause that's the things I like to do when I'm with you,

"Take me by the hand. I will be your man, 'cause that's the way you make me feel. Take me by surprise, look into my eyes, and show me that your love is real," sang Chad, moving to the music.

"That's the way it has to be, 'cause that's the way I like it. That's the way it has to be, 'cause that's the way I like it," they sang together as they matched each other's dance moves perfectly.

"Let's do it. I like it girl. That's nice, uh-huh. I say, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Yeah, yeah, yeah," Chad sang huskily.

"I like it," sang Cassie in that powerful voice of hers again.

"Uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh," Chad answered.

"I like it," sang Cassie.

"Uh-huh," replied Chad.

"I like it!" they shouted together.

"Let's dance," said Chad, and they lowered their microphones and started a series of dance moves that Skyler had taught them. He stood up and held his breath as he watched his brother and sister dance. They nailed each move, and the crowd loved it.

"Every time I'm with you, I just want to kiss you, yeah, yeah. Girl, you make me feel good. The time is right I wish you would. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah," sang Chad as he and Cassie completed the moves.

"That's the way it has to be, 'cause that's the way I like it. Uh, I like it. Yeah, I like it," sang Chad, making the girls in the crowd scream as he gyrated his hips to the beat of the song. Skyler couldn't help smiling at his brother.

"I like it," sang Cassie.

"Uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh," replied Chad.

"I like it," sang Cassie.

"Uh-huh," replied Chad.

They moved around each other as they sang, and then they stopped with the music.

"I like it," they sang together, and the crowd screamed and cheered.

Cassie walked off-stage to join Skyler and Jason as Chad worked the crowd a bit. Skyler thought his brother was a natural. The way he worked that crowd made Skyler laugh, but it also made him proud.

"Thank you, Denver!" cried Chad as the crowd screamed for him. "Now, where'd my brothers and sister go?"

The crowd screamed as the music to Intuition began to play, and Skyler, Cassie and Jason rejoined Chad on the stage. Chad stepped back and lined up with Cassie and Jason as Skyler took the front of the stage.

"I'm just a simple man in a high tech digital land. I really try to understand all the powers that rule this land. They say Mister Man's big butt is boss. A poor man can't find a job. In a world of post modern fad what was good now is bad," sang Skyler.

"Its not hard to understand. Just follow this simple plan," sang Skyler and Cassie.

"Follow your heart, your intuition. It will lead you in the right direction. Let go of your mind, your intuition. It's easy to find. Just follow your heart baby," they all sang together as they danced to the music.

"You look at me, but you're not quite sure. Am I it or could you get more? You learned cool from magazines. You learned love from the wrong scene," sang Skyler.

"If you want me let me know. I promise I won't say no," sang Skyler and Cassie.

"Follow your heart, your intuition. It will lead you in the right direction. Let go of your mind, your intuition. It's easy to find. Just follow your heart baby," they all sang together.

"You got something that you want me to sell. Sell your sin. Just cash in. You got something that you want me to tell. You'll love me. Wait and see," sang Skyler.

"If you want me, don't play games. I promise it won't be in vain," sang Skyler and Cassie.

"Uh-uh-uh," sang Skyler as he shook his ass, and the crowd screamed.

"Follow your heart, your intuition. It will lead you in the right direction. Let go of your mind, your intuition. It's easy to find. Just follow your heart baby," they all sang together as they danced.

"Just follow your heart, your intuition. It will lead you in the right direction," sang Skyler and Chad.

"Let go of your mind, your intuition. Just follow your heart baby," sang Skyler and Jason.

"Follow your heart, your intuition. It will lead you in the right direction. Let go of your mind, your intuition. It's easy to find. Just follow your heart baby," they all sang together.

"Follow your heart, your intuition. It will lead you in the right direction. Let go of your mind, your intuition. It's easy to find. Just follow your heart baby," sang Skyler and Cassie.

"Follow your heart, your intuition. It will lead you in the right direction," sang Skyler, and the music stopped.

The crowd was screaming, and Skyler cried out, "All right, Denver. Its almost time to say goodnight."

The lights went out, and the entire stage was blanketed in darkness as everyone on stage became quiet. The bells began, and the crowd screamed as the spotlights illuminated Skyler and his siblings.

"Step by step, heart to heart, left, right, left, we all fall down, like toy soldiers," sang his siblings, and the crowd screamed.

"It wasn't my intention to mislead you. It never should have been this way. What can I say? It's true, I did extend the invitation. I never knew how long you'd stay,

"When you hear temptation call, it's your heart that takes, takes the fall," sang Skyler.

"Won't you come out and play with me?" sang his siblings.

"Step by step, heart to heart, left, right, left, we all fall down," they sang together.

"Like toy soldiers," sang Skyler.

"Bit by bit, we're torn apart. We never win, but the battle wages on, for toy soldiers," he sang and the music played. Skyler put his head back and listened for his queue.

"It's getting hard to wake up in the morning. My head is spinning constantly. How can it be? How could I be so blind to this addiction? If I don't stop, the next one's gonna be me. Only emptiness remains, it replaces all, all the pain," he sang.

"Won't you come out and play with me?" sang his siblings.

"Step by step, heart to heart, left, right, left, we all fall down," they sang together.

"Like toy soldiers," sang Skyler.

"Bit by bit, we're torn apart. We never win, but the battle wages on," they sang together.

"For toy soldiers," sang Skyler.

"Step by step, heart to heart, left, right, left, we all fall down," they sang together.

"Like toy soldiers," sang Skyler.

"Bit by bit, we're torn apart. We never win, but the battle wages on for toy soldiers," they sang together, and the music stopped.

"Thank you, Denver!" cried Skyler as the crowd screamed. "Enjoy the game! Goodnight, Denver!"
